The second wall piece of the InnerConnected Series. Six rings in a deep iron-black glaze with iridescent blue undertones, an iron-rust edge line running every rim, tracing every boundary in the composition. At nearly 18 inches wide and 1.5 inches deep, Trailing Along is designed to be installed flat against the wall. The piece hangs in any orientation the collector chooses, its composition reading horizontally, vertically, or at an angle. Hardware will be visible as part of the installation. The warp in the piece is a characteristic of the firing process, a record of heat and gravity working together. Maiden Rambler, the first wall piece in the series, sold at its debut exhibition. Trailing Along is the second, and the only wall work available in this release. Payment plan available.
