TRH Flora is a volunteer-powered flower farm that utilizes regenerative farming practices to reconnect QTBIPOC folks and friends to their ancestral connection to the land. We realized that communities of color and LGBTQ+ people tend to gather in protest or in bars, and wanted to create an alternative that helped sow joy into these communities that are in a daily battle of systemic oppression.
Through growing for the sake of beauty rather than for survival, we are reminded of living into our inheritance to live more fully and abundantly alongside one another. We acknowledge the importance of an intersectional, intergenerational, multiethnic space that encourages witnessing, compassion, and understanding while creating together, and are passionate about creating it.
Sales from TRH Flora directly support our programming of creating accessible site rental space for traditionally under-resourced communities to gather for mindfulness events, as well as creating jobs from within the communities we serve.
