Farmstead Site Rental
Enjoy a farmstead backdrop for your photography session or outdoor workshop.
Note that site rental pricing starts at $45 per hour with a 3 hour minimum, and is based on the amount of preparation from the site. Please select the appropriate session type and number of hours needed under quantity. For your ease, 30 minutes prior for set up and after for clean up are included in your rental. You have access to the entire property except the house and patio. You may pay by 50% deposit if reserving more than 2 weeks in advance, with the balance charged 2 weeks prior to your event.

Please note that we add a $50 fully refundable clean up fee to the invoice in the case that you must leave quicker than you may clean up.

By reserving this space, you agree to and acknowledge the following:
I hereby understand and acknowledge that site rental, trainings, workshops, programs and events held at The Ranch Houston, LLC. may expose me to inherent risks as with any outdoor facility, including accidents, injury, illness, or even death (though unlikely). I assume all risk of injuries associated with participation including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, pathogens, allergens, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, woodland wildlife and insects, and all other such risks being known and/or assumed. Work/rain boots, long sleeves, and bug repellent dramatically reduces exposure to potential allergens. I hereby acknowledge my responsibility in communicating any physical and psychological concerns, including exposure to coronavirus or insects that might elicit an allergic response, that might conflict with my use of the property. I acknowledge that my party is physically fit and mentally capable of performing the activity I choose to participate in. After having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of acceptance of my participation and The Ranch Houston, LLC providing services to me, I agree, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE AND RELEASE The Ranch Houston, its officers, agents, employees, organizers, representatives, and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind arising out of my participation in The Ranch Houston classes, training, programs and/or events. By my electronic signature, I indicate that I have read and understand this Waiver of Liability. I am aware that this is a waiver and a release of liability and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
